Aside from Lilian Smith, Aedin Gormley, Ed Smith, and Cawley Camino spoke up to express their condolences for the presenter’s demise. On a Late Date, Aedin stated that they had lost one of the RTE family members and that he adored him. Furthermore, he noted that while he was a continuity announcer, he was so nice and a delight to chat with.
“I enjoyed his music. The end of an era. My condolences to his family and friends “, Aedin said. Ed Smith also shared his grief at his death, writing, “I am extremely sad to learn of Joyce’s death.” As a youngster, he was drawn to the radio by this voice.

Joyce presented a variety of shows on RTE throughout his career. It featured Airs and Races, Val Joycee’s Ireland’s Choice, and Late Date. Joyce’s old coworkers and other Irish radio hosts have paid respect to him. There is no question that his death touched a great number of individuals.
