According to a statement issued to the BBC by David Warner’s family, the late actor had been battling illness for some time. He was diagnosed with cancer 18 months ago, after a long fight, he lost the battle.
While the family did not reveal cancer or its period, it is comprehended to have been advanced. As per the family report, the 80-year-old Manchester native was diagnosed with terminal sickness before January last year or late December 2020.
